East London is considered the 'edgy' part of London and whilst being fairly challenging to define geographically, broadly speaking it spreads out from Brick Lane across to Barking and Dagenham, up to Havering and down towards Bexley. It includes the cultural delights of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Stratford in Newham, home the Olympic park.
