There seems to be a zumba class or pilates on every street corner and the council run Springwood and Queens Sports Centres will always have something going. Set up by ex-pros Darren Wassall and Pat Lyons, SoccerStars is the number 1 football school in Derby. They focus on the fun and enjoyment but do also have close links to Derby FC Academy if they spot potential. It is a great way to get out the house and expend some of that never ending energy they seem to have!
